Shortcuts in Excel

Some Very useful Excel Shorts. Everyone need to use.

Not all of these shortcuts have the same degree of usefulness or practicality. 

Some examples: 








  • Ctrl + F1 to open Task Pane 
  • Shift + Alt + F1 adds a leaf notebook 
  • -Ctrl + 1 opens the Format Cells dialog
  • Shift + Ctrl + 1 gives decimal format after point positions 
  • Ctrl + 5 strikethrough effect occurs when cell contents 
  • Ctrl + 9 hidden row 
  • -Ctrl + ' copies the top cell and stays in edit state 
  • Ctrl + - opens the dialog to delete cells 
  • -Alt + = inserts the SUM function 
  • -Shift + Ctrl + = opens the Insert Cells dialog 
  • Ctrl + ZRedo 
  • Ctrl + Y Redo clear
