Improve the positioning of your images with "ALT"

By: Unknown on Friday, 6 March 2015 | 05:25

Hello community  , as the saying say a picture  is worth a word, but for search engines as well be  an image with " ALT "  worth more than a word, this tag
utilizad in pictures as 'alt text', gives us possibility to add a description to the image thus improving their positioning .

Besides all this, one of the advantages it offers "tag ALT " is showing the description of the image, if not the graphic image appears.

Searchers look for the terms of the description to index our image. This has a practical application very easy to explain. We are on Google and want to find a picture, then we write the keyword, which will be in the description that we have for our image. The photograph of a house could appear seamlessly in search results for images of plants. This occurs because labels  ALT . Then I show the structure bearing the image code and a real example:

<Img src = "URL OF IMAGE"  alt = " DESCRIPTION " />

Another idea to improve the positioning of our images is that their names must be real, in this example our image is called Casacampo, which should also contain a  brief  description.

Remember to include code within any post, must be selected tab ' Edit HTML 'and not the' Compose'.
